Position Summary

As an Engineer in IWS (Integrated Web Solutions) you will work with a team of developers leveraging Agile methodology to deliver value quickly and efficiently for new and existing applications. Our responsibilities include:

• SOI – System Operation Index, the dashboard and reporting system for manufacturing and operations
• Development of new digital solutions to transform the way employees work in SAS. Examples include CloudGPT, Forms, Hub, and Analytics.

This engineer will serve in a critical role within a high-paced manufacturing environment responsible for ensuring uninterrupted content delivery and application availability, as well as new feature evaluation and delivery. This role fulfills key business objectives of transforming and modernizing how our organization conducts daily work, through strong documentation and communication practices, tailored business process evaluation and transformation into modern web applications.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Design and build top-quality applications to support key business and technical processes.

  • Collaborate with team members on solution design, architecture, and implementation. 

  • Implement solutions which promote system stability, customer service, and innovation. 

  • Actively collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications. 

  • Conduct training for teams regarding new functionality, providing end-user documentation / training materials. 

  • May include periodic off-shift support for urgent issues to support 24x7 facility operations (team operates in a rotating on-call schedule).

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years experience as Software Developer.

  • 2+ years experience in Full Stack Web Development (any stack).

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
