Digital Social Media Specialist
Role Objective
Lead the Social Media and Influencer strategy to strengthen brand relevance, drive conversation and engagement, and contribute to business objectives across the funnel.
Qualifications
- Ability to define and lead the Social Media strategy (organic and paid) aligned with the marketing plan and commercial calendar.
- Ability to coordinate creative briefs and content guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
- Experience overseeing the creation and publishing of social media content (posts, stories, reels, lives, UGC).
- Ability to manage budgets allocated to Social Media and Influencers, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Conversational English.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Social Listening.
- Basic understanding and analysis of KPIs: reach, engagement, views, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Social Media strategy (organic and paid) aligned with the marketing plan and commercial calendar.
- Develop the Influencers & Creators strategy (always-on and tactical campaigns).
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate creative briefs and content guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
- Oversee the creation and publishing of social media content (posts, stories, reels, lives, UGC).
- Coordinate campaigns with agencies, platforms, and internal teams (Brand, PR, eCommerce).
- Monitor brand and competitor conversations through Social Listening.
- Analyze results and optimize performance based on KPIs: reach, engagement, views, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage budgets allocated to Social Media and Influencers, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Identify cultural trends, emerging formats, and innovation opportunities across social platforms.
