The mission of the Digital Merchandising Department is to present product and content to accelerate digital performance and deliver an Everyday Luxury customer experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Digital Merchandising team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering the end-to-end Merchandising experience by developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap of experience enhancements informed by data, research, and UX best practices. As the (Senior) Manager, Digital Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in owning the full digital user journey across Aritzia’s eCommerce platforms, with a clear focus on ease, clarity, and conversion. From our website to our mobile App, you will partner with Digital Product Management, Digital Design, and Digital Technology, and other cross-functional partners to launch experience improvements that support brand positioning and revenue goals, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects our commitment to Everyday Luxury. You will oversee a team of world-class merchandisers while partnering with leadership in publishing and performance optimization to drive the merchandising department as a whole. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
