Join our Digital Sales team and build the foundation of a successful sales career. In this graduate role, you will support customer success, contribute to retention and growth activities, and collaborate closely with field teams and channel partners. This position provides structured development, hands-on experience, and opportunities for long-term progression in Digital Sales and Operational Services.

Why this role matters
As a Graduate Digital Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and learning how to build a high-quality sales pipeline. Your work will contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term revenue protection. This role is designed to give you visibility across the business while developing both your commercial and technical understanding.

What you’ll do

• Lead installed-base renewal activities, ensuring timely renewals and customer retention.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the HPE Operational Services portfolio.

• Assist in the creation and execution of account plans for small to medium complexity accounts.

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and contribute to value-focused proposals.

• Build and maintain an accurate, data-driven sales pipeline and lead forecasting activities.

• Collaborate with product, technical, and channel teams to support smooth deal progression.

• Build your own understanding of your clients’ industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, support with market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in 2025 or 2026 (business, management, economics, IT, or related preferred).
• Up to 12 months of relevant experience (internships, placements, part-time work welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and engage in outcome-based discussions.

• Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
