In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing complex projects related to procurement, logistics, and digital operations. You will act as a central coordinator, aligning cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects that support our overall business goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous risk management, you will oversee the end-to-end flow of materials and information to drive project success.

In this role, you will:
Drive Project Excellence: Develop comprehensive project charters, timelines, and budgets for digital initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end execution to ensure all deliverables meet quality and time requirements.
Facilitate Strategic Collaboration: Partner across internal departments and with external vendors to manage third-party performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless flow of communication and information.
Monitor Performance and Risk: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing trending analysis and forecasting to identify potential disruptions and implement continuous improvement plans that enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Project Management Experience: A strong track record in planning, budgeting, and risk management within digital scanning, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of end-to-end digital operational processes and experience in relevant industries such as Banking, Finance, or Information Technology (IT).
Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the proficiency to provide regular presentations and influence senior management and key stakeholders.
Professional Qualifications: A University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Digital Operations Management; a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
