Who We Are
The Global Data, Digital & AI (GDDA) organization plays a central role in Roche Pharma Commercial’s digital and AI ecosystem. GDDA sets the enterprise digital strategy, translates commercial objectives into a coordinated portfolio of investments, and defines the standards and operating model that enable scalable execution across programs and products. By connecting strategy, portfolio, standards, programs, and products, GDDA ensures that data, digital, and AI capabilities are delivered as scalable, enterprise solutions that drive adoption and improve outcomes for patients, healthcare providers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
The Opportunity
The Digital Program Lead - Pharma Commercial (PACE) plays a critical role within GDDA's Digital Global Programs and Products function. PACE (Powering & Accelerating Commercialization Excellence) is a global program to drive patient and business impact through a unified commercialization engine. The role ensures that PACE digital program needs are translated into actionable requirements across digital product suites. Reporting to the Head of Global Digital Programs & Products, this role operates at the intersection of program management, product coordination, and enterprise orchestration — connecting the dots across multiple product suites, shared (Roche Digital Technologies) RDT & delivery team capacity, and the PACE commercialization excellence agenda. This role ensures that PACE-driven digital priorities are integrated into GDDA's product planning and delivery rhythm. As GDDA’s portfolio evolves, the role will expand to support orchestration across additional cross-cutting programs and initiatives within Pharma Commercial.
What you will be working on
Program Orchestration (PACE and Future Programs)
Act as GDDA’s accountable lead for digital orchestration of the PACE commercialization excellence program, ensuring alignment across product, delivery, and business stakeholders.
Translate program priorities into clear, actionable product and delivery requirements across GDDA product suites.
Reinforce alignment between program milestones and product roadmaps, enabling resolution where misalignment exists.
Ensure that PACE-related decisions and requirements are communicated clearly to program leads and integrated into cross-suite planning and governance processes.
Cross-Suite Coordination & Dependency Management
Orchestrate cross-cutting initiatives across product suites and digital programs, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and integration.
Surface and enable resolution of cross-suite dependencies, sequencing conflicts, and resource constraints across product, program, and delivery teams.
Provide a consolidated PACE digital view (status, dependencies, risks, capacity) to inform product and portfolio decision-making.
Orchestrate planning and execution rhythms — ensuring consistent connection and alignment across program, product, and leadership stakeholders.
Digital Execution Orchestration
Shape and manage global program roadmaps, partnering with RDT to align shared delivery capacity and surface trade-offs.
Enable coordinated digital delivery for priority Pharma Commercial programs, ensuring program milestones are integrated into delivery plans.
Drive execution readiness for key program milestones, ensuring solutions meet program needs, are scalable, integrated, and ready for activation.
