Job Description
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager – Business Systems who’s passionate about building best-in-class internal platforms that empower our global team and drive measurable business value.
You’ll own Trek’s core enterprise systems - ERP, BI, and HRIS - and lead modernization efforts across data, process, and user experience. This role combines strategic vision, operational rigor, and technical fluency, working cross-functionally with engineering, business analysts, and leadership to deliver digital solutions that move Trek forward.
