Digital Product Manager

Bupa Place, Salford Quays or Angel Court, London – hybrid working with 2 -3 days in the office

12-month fixed term

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Up to £75k DOE

As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll shape the future of how people access care, manage their health and move through our digital pathways.

You’ll lead the product vision for digital journeys linked to onward care and referrals, using insight, technology and customer feedback to design solutions that feel effortless. Working with designers, engineers, clinicians and operational experts, you’ll help build a nextgeneration digital health experience through our Blua platform putting customers in control of their health information and the care they receive.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Create a world class product vision that improves our customers’ healthcare outcomes.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined agile squad to deliver technical solutions and excellent digital customer journeys.
  • Work with your business and technical lead to build and shape the digital roadmap and backlog, delivering value to the business and our customers.
  • Fastidiously understand the customer journey to uncover, test, prioritise and deliver customer centric solutions that delight our customers.
  • Effectively communicate vision and key milestones to business and senior stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other Product owners to manage dependencies across squads.
  • Leverage customer behaviour insights, analytics, market trends and competitor data  to drive customer centric solutions

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • 3 years + product management experience, ideally in digital health or complex enterprise environments is essential
  • Expertise in working in agile methodologies within complex environments is essential
  • Data-driven decision making, with the ability to interpret analytics, behaviours, and operational metrics is essential
  • Proven stakeholder management experience at a senior level across clinical, tech, and operational teams is essential.
  • Collaboration — works across squads, design, engineering, clinical, and business teams
  • Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys through data insights
  • Strong motivator that’s able to get the best out of their squad
  • Strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the product vision
  • Innovation mindset - curious, forward thinking, and comfortable exploring new technologies
