About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager to advance GenAI use cases for our Commercial Banking Front Office teams. Partnering with our data science and technology teams, this position will drive product feature development based on persona-based journeys to support high visibility / high impact GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence AI use cases, initiatives, plans, business requirements, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across the Commercial Bank
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique AI challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver Agentic AI solutions and roadmaps that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and AI thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant AI business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across Wells Fargo and Commercial Banking
- Serve as an expert AI advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience leading AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics product management within banking or financial services.
- Deep understanding of Commercial Banking front‑office activities, including relationship management and client servicing.
- Proven experience delivering complex digital and GenAI‑enabled products from concept through production in cross‑LOB or enterprise environments, including data sourcing and third‑party integrations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing AI product vision, roadmaps, investment decisions, and long‑term digital strategy for highly complex business and technical needs.
- Lead the strategy, prioritization, and resolution of highly complex, enterprise‑wide challenges requiring cross‑functional alignment and in‑depth evaluation across multiple domains.
- Drive large‑scale planning and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Provide clear vision, direction, and thought leadership to guide teams and stakeholders through innovative digital programs with significant business impact.
- Collaborate and consult across all levels of the organization—business, technology, data, and analytics—translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights that support sound decision‑making.
- Lead and influence delivery teams (directly or indirectly) to meet strategic objectives, resolve issues, and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Establish and leverage measurement frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, model evaluation metrics) to assess product performance and inform continuous improvement.
- Independently resolve complex issues while coordinating highly interdependent activities and providing guidance to others.
- 3+ years of experience operating within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery environments.

Pay Range:
- Chandler, Arizona Pay Range: $159,000 - $254,000 USD Annual
- San Francisco, California Pay Range: $191,000 - $305,000 USD Annual
- Minneapolis, Minnesota Pay Range: $175,000 - $279,000 USD Annual
- Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range: $159,000 - $254,000 USD Annual
- Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range: $159,000 - $254,000 USD Annual
