About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven digital marketing campaigns for Tier 1 clients.

Working within one of Australia’s leading MarTech and Digital Experience teams, you will own the planning, production and execution of multi-channel campaigns across marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.

This role sits at the centre of delivery – translating strategy into executable plans, coordinating designers and developers, managing campaign production and ensuring all outputs meet quality, timeline and performance expectations.

You will work closely with clients, strategists and technical specialists to deliver high-quality digital campaigns that drive measurable results.

What you’ll do

Campaign Delivery & Production

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from briefing strategy, design through to build, QA, launch and post-campaign review.
  • Translate campaign strategies and client briefs into clear production plans and actionable tasks for designers, developers and marketing specialists.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage campaign production workflows using tools such as Jira, Wrike, Monday.com or similar platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the day-to-day delivery lead for clients, ensuring campaign requirements, timelines and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Run campaign briefings and align stakeholders across strategy, creative and technology teams.
  • Manage campaign scope and timelines while proactively addressing risks and delivery challenges.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign execution, efficiency and performance.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Ensure all campaign assets are reviewed, QA’d and compliant with digital and marketing best practices.
  • Manage peer reviews and client approvals prior to campaign deployment.
  • Oversee developers and producers to ensure technical accuracy, responsiveness and platform compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaign builds, email rendering and deployment across platforms (Email on Acid or Litmus) and devices.

Campaign Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and experimentation.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis to inform test-and-learn marketing programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and customer engagement metrics.

Marketing Automation Execution

  • Manage the build and deployment of email and multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
  • Support segmentation, journey orchestration and campaign configuration within MAP platforms.

Capability & Knowledge Leadership

  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients on campaign delivery, marketing automation platforms and digital best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of delivery frameworks, playbooks and campaign standards across the team.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience delivering digital marketing campaigns or CRM programs.
  • Strong experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage digital campaign production from brief through to deployment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-disciplinary teams including designers, developers and strategists.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Figma, Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Experience managing delivery workflows using Jira, Wrike, Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive email development principles.
  • Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, campaign testing and optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
