We are expanding our Engagement & Adoption team in Asia, a growing mandate at the heart of how we shape and evolve our digital platforms. Our mission is to ensure that every solution we create is deeply aligned with user needs, from the first idea to post-rollout adoption and feedback management. As an Engagement & Adoption Strategist, you will play a key role in connecting technology, users, and business value. You’ll help design and drive experiences that truly work, ensuring that every tool and platform we deliver resonates with how our front teams operate and what our clients need. Our mandate is expanding beyond our internal tools, going forward, we will also support external platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across the full ecosystem, globally. The Experience and Adoption Strategist has a reporting line to the Global head of Engagement & Adoption located in Zurich.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Bridge the gap between users and development teams: represent the voice of the user across the full lifecycle — from pre-testing and pilot engagement to post-rollout feedback management
  • Manage communication and transparency: provide clear, consistent updates on changes, releases, and impacts to the front and stakeholders
  • Lead user engagement activities across internal and external platforms: plan and conduct user sessions, collect structured feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Drive adoption and awareness: ensure new features and tools are understood, valued, and effectively used across regions and business units
  • Track user insights and strategically communicate outcomes: gather user insights through relevant adoption metrics, and report back on learnings and impact to stakeholders bank wide
  • Foster collaboration across geographies: build strong connections between teams to ensure alignment and shared ownership of user experience outcomes

You Bring

  • A strong sense of ownership and curiosity to understand why things are built, not just how
  • Experience in digital product environments within banking and technology and AI is a great add on
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German, French, Spanish and/or other languages is a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate between technical and non-technical teams

  • Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

    • Confident and credible presence, able to represent digital initiatives and developments towards front teams and senior stakeholders
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with front, management, and technical experts
    • Structured yet flexible thinking, comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability in driving initiatives end to end
    • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working across regions, time zones, and diverse teams
    • Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative

    Professional and Technic

    • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to clearly communicate platform developments, changes, and value to diverse audiences
    • Ability to confidently present and represent digital solutions, roadmaps, and adoption outcomes in meetings, workshops, and forums
    • Solid understanding of digital platforms, product lifecycles, and adoption frameworks
    • Experience with user research methods (interviews, pilots, workshops, surveys, feedback loops)
    • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into clear recommendations and actions
    • Familiarity with agile ways of working and collaboration with product owners, developers, and designers
    • Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics, usage patterns, and engagement indicators
    • Comfort working with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint or similar)
