Hybrid: This role requires being on-site 3 days per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of digital communication initiatives for Retail Marketing, ensuring alignment with the advertising agency and budget guidelines.
Build and manage the digital integration framework for Retail Marketing, leveraging current market tools and best practices.
Participate in the design and execution of action plans to improve sales conversion throughout the digital funnel (Lead Conversion).
Create, align, and optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the central marketing and brand strategy.
Integrate product-level sales performance with regional performance metrics to optimize investments and identify opportunities for new technologies.
Support Regional Marketing Coordinators by leading and advising on projects aimed at improving sales performance.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial fields, or related areas.
2 to 3 years of experience managing leads and developing commercial and/or digital marketing strategies.
Intermediate–advanced English proficiency
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate digital performance indicators, and generate insights for decision‑making.
Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
Ability to propose data‑driven actions that improve sales performance and optimize conversion funnels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the automotive industry or retail environments.
Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and conversion optimization strategies.
Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related areas.
Experience collaborating with external agencies and overseeing marketing budgets.
