The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling Huron’s Oracle Reporting and Analytics capabilities, including solutions across:
- Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP)
- Oracle Intelligent Data Lake (IDL)
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Oracle AI Data Platform
- Oracle ERP, HCM Fusion Reporting
As the capability leader, you will define the strategy, lead go-to-market efforts, grow the overall capability portfolio, and build strong executive partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem.
You will also collaborate closely with Huron’s Oracle ERP, EPM, and Technology Transformation teams, while building a high-performing consulting team that delivers innovative analytics and AI-enabled solutions to clients across industries.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial consulting leader who thrives in growth environments and is passionate about driving real business impact through data, analytics, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Delivery Leadership
- Serve as executive sponsor or delivery lead on strategic client engagements
- Advise clients on analytics strategy, data architecture, AI/ML enablement, and cloud analytics transformation. Conduct advisory and analytics assessment engagements.
- Ensure strong program governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
Pipeline Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Oracle Analytics client base
- Develop relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth
- Lead sales pursuits and proposal development for Oracle Analytics engagements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions and client presentations
- Track industry trends and client needs to inform sales strategies and solution offerings
Serve as part of the Oracle Analytics Leadership team through:
Capability Leadership & Growth
- Oversee the overall performance and growth of the Oracle Analytics capability portfolio, including revenue expansion, delivery excellence, team utilization, and client satisfaction
- Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Oracle analytics capabilities aligned with Huron’s broader enterprise goals
- Guide investment decisions across talent, offerings, partnerships, and delivery models
- Maintain accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, and long-term client relationships
Go-to-Market Strategy & Solution Development
- Develop and execute a differentiated go-to-market strategy for Oracle analytics solutions
- Build industry-focused offerings, accelerators, and repeatable assets that drive client value
- Partner with Huron’s sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and strengthen market presence
- Represent Huron as a thought leader through speaking engagements, webinars, publications, and industry events
Oracle Partnership & Alliance Management
- Strengthen strategic relationships with Oracle Corporation sales, product leadership, and partner organizations
- Develop joint account strategies and co-sell initiatives
- Ensure Huron maintains strong partner alignment, certifications, and collaboration within the Oracle ecosystem
Cross-Capability Collaboration
- Partner with Huron’s Oracle ERP, EPM, and cloud transformation teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Collaborate with industry leaders across Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, Energy, and Commercial sectors
- Work with internal functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Development to support capability growth
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics consulting team
- Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, architects, and delivery leaders
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, diversity, and continuous learning
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of consulting or industry experience in analytics, cloud, or digital transformation
- Strong expertise with Oracle analytics platforms and modern data architectures
- Proven experience leading and scaling consulting capabilities or service portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with clients and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred
- Industry experience in one or more sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Energy, or Commercial
- Thought leadership experience including public speaking, industry publications, or intellectual property development
The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000- $275,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $371,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
