Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Purpose:
As a member of the Sales team reporting directly to the Customer Digital Commerce Lead, you will lead the execution and performance optimization of Retail Media across key Canadian partners, translating investment into measurable sales impact and stronger retailer relationships.
You will execute full funnel retail media plans with key Canadian Retail Media Networks ensuring Haleon brands show up powerfully in the digital aisle. This role blends hands on optimization, cross functional partnership, and financial stewardship to drive growth in Canada’s rapidly evolving retail media landscape.
