Job Title: Digital Operations Executive - 6 Month Fixed-Term
A little bit about our team:
You will be joining the Digital Operations Department, a fast-paced team dedicated to the heart of our digital supply chain. Reporting directly to the Digital Operations Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our music reaches fans across the globe. You will work closely with our local WMA/WMNZ labels, A&R, and Marketing teams, as well as our international colleagues in the UK, to manage the journey of a song from the studio to the streaming platform
Your role:
As the Digital Operations Executive, you will serve as a critical coordinator behind the scenes, ensuring every digital album and single is positioned for a seamless debut. You will manage all aspects of digital asset coordination, from standard releases to emerging formats on platforms like YouTube and TikTok. This role requires a high degree of ownership to ensure that artist assets are delivered with 100% accuracy. It is a structured and vital position where your technical precision and methodical approach directly support the operational success of our global releases
Here you’ll get to:
You will assist in the ingestion of digital assets for local releases, ensuring every detail is entered into our systems with total accuracy.
You will assist with the scheduling of new releases and back-catalogue items, including specialised formats like spatial audio and pre-orders.
You will coordinate with social platforms to set up YouTube premieres and pre-release clips for TikTok and Meta.
You will troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure our partners receive scheduled releases correctly before they go live.
You will assist with the cleansing of data and maintain the integrity of our global products within internal databases.
You will help onboard and train new users and labels on our proprietary product set-up tools.
You will resolve compliance and monetisation issues on platforms like Apple and YouTube to protect our artists' content
About you:
You have exceptional attention to detail.

You have the ability to see the "big picture," understanding how small technical details affect the entire workflow.
You are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can easily pivot between different digital systems.
