Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of video production, social media strategies, and public relations; departmental policies and procedures; Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Content Management software, and Google apps.
Skill in strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills; creating engaging content and using multimedia tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities; work independently and collaboratively on digital media projects with Tulsa County offices and departments; plan, produce, and execute video content and social media campaigns to support departmental initiatives; communicate clearly in writing and verbally with teams, stakeholders, and the public; analyze data and feedback to improve content and audience engagement across Tulsa County channels; interpret instruction and adapt to challenges to deliver high quality media.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet, Word Processing software, Adobe software, and Content Management Software.

Education and/or Experience
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associates of Arts (AA) Degree or related field, and over three years full-time paid employment in public relations, journalism, marketing, or relative field; or any equivalent combination of education or experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, of diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License possessed for at least 6 months
Defensive driving with Tulsa County within 6 months of hired
Remote Pilot Certificate or must be able to obtain certification within 6 months of hired
