As a Digital Marketing Trainee is responsible for supporting Global Digital Marketing Project Managers, to effectively and timely delivery of digital projects within the Alcon Global Digital Marketing team. Supporting role includes work with Marketing, Brand, IT & technology teams to understand business requirements, recommend solutions and effectively coordinate delivery of a range of Digital products and initiatives to support Alcon’s Digital Marketing transformation and commercial programs / product launches.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Supports managing and co-ordinate the end-to-end delivery of website builds, page updates and functionality enhancements to Alcon websites.
- Participate in work with business stakeholders and IT to support the development of CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) programs.
- Supports managing the delivery of other digital products (apps, tools, interfaces etc) working in conjunction with IT and business teams.
- Helps ensure quality standards are met at all stages of project delivery including compliance, branding, content, QA/testing, regulatory approval, tagging/analytics set up, fault fixes.
- Helps track timelines and reports back on progress on a regular basis.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
