About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Localization Specialist to lead and coordinate end-to-end localization efforts across products, content, and global initiatives. Sitting within the Digital Portfolio department, this role is ideal for someone who excels at building scalable workflows, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing complex international programs.

You will be responsible for defining localization project requirements, guiding stakeholders through best practices, streamlining workflows and tools, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple languages and markets. You will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing teams, driving clarity, consistency and efficiency in how global experiences are built.

This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role focused on program management, workflow design, cross-functional partnership, and stakeholder management.

What you’ll do

Localization Program Management

· Lead end-to-end localization planning, execution, and delivery for product launches, feature releases, marketing moments, and multi-team initiatives while defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource needs with cross-functional partners.

· Coordinate intake, prioritization, and tracking of localization requests across a broad portfolio, ensuring projects move efficiently through workflows, blockers are identified early, and stakeholder alignment is maintained.

· Develop, maintain, and continuously improve workflows, templates, documentation, and communication structures to support scalable, efficient localization operations.

· Drive process improvements using data insights and stakeholder feedback to ensure localization systems remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Cross-Functional Partnership

· Collaborate early with Product, Marketing, Legal, and global teams to embed localization needs, provide education on best practices, and offer consultative guidance for scalable, globally-ready products.

· Drive clear communication and executive-level reporting on priorities, timelines, risks, and strategic recommendations across stakeholders.

· Support adoption of standardized localization processes and scalable frameworks across new teams, regions, and programs.

What you’ll bring

Required Qualifications

· 5–8+ years of experience managing localization programs in a global product or tech environment.

· Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder localization launches across product and marketing environments.

· Strong knowledge of localization workflows, tools (TMS/CAT), internationalization basics, and cross-functional execution.

· Experience with project management systems such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional and leadership audiences.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.

· Comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous, large corporate environments.

· Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with large-scale tech product launches in 40+ languages.

· Familiarity with AI/MT workflows, CMS or design system integrations, and automation tools.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.

· Understanding of web technologies, file formats, and content pipelines.

What we offer • Attractive compensation package • Training to get you started and on-the-job learning opportunities
