Day in the Life of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

The Digital Marketing Specialist has a strong focus on SEM tracking, reporting, and data integration. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, attribution integrity, and reporting reliability across our global SEM programs. The specialist will act as a technical backbone for the SEM team, supporting scalable growth, enterprise clients, and our tiered service model.  Differentiates PROS Airline solutions from the competition by:

SEM management 

  • Manage small SEM customers on the day-to-day communication 
  • Optimize campaigns and work on implementations that are requested by the customer 
  • Analyze data and make suggestions to improve performance and launch new initiatives 

Tracking & Measurement 

  • Own and maintain SEM tracking implementations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360 and any other Search Engine 
  • Manage conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, offline conversions, and revenue attribution. 
  • Support GA4 and Adobe Analytics integrations related to SEM activity. 
  • Ensure accurate mapping between analytics tools and ad platforms 
  • Proactively identify and resolve tracking discrepancies and data loss. 

Reporting & Data Quality 

  • Own the integrity and consistency of SEM performance data. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and support Tableau reporting. 
  • Ensure KPI alignment across platforms (Revenue, ROAS, CPA, bookings). 
  • Partner with BI teams on data pipelines, automation, and reporting scalability. 

Data Integrations & Automation 

  • Manage integrations between ad platforms, analytics tools, BI systems, and internal products. 
  • Document tracking logic, attribution rules, and data dependencies. 
  • Support alerts, automation, and monitoring for SEM performance and data health. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with SEM Managers on launches, experiments, and migrations. 
  • Support Product and Engineering teams on platform changes affecting SEM. 
  • Provide technical guidance to the internal team and customer 

Required Qualifications - About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the combination of the following achievements, skills, and behaviors:

  • Experience in SEM, analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing. 
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads tracking. 
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4; Adobe Analytics experience is a plus. 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and troubleshooting attribution issues. 
  • Dashboarding experience in Looker Studio; Tableau is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving mindset. 

  

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience with SA360 and any other Search Engines 
  • Usage of integration tools like Super Metric 
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
