This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s Corporate Office locations in Beverly Hills, California.

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and maintenance of Discovery Land Company’s digital ecosystem across websites, app content, CRM communications, asset management systems, social media, and branded initiatives.

This role ensures that all corporate and club-level digital touchpoints remain accurate, current, organized, and aligned with brand standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, system fluency, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a portfolio of properties.

The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as a key operational partner to the Director of Digital Marketing, helping execute initiatives across website management, digital content distribution, real estate communications, asset organization, and event marketing support.

In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Website Management (Craft + Dato + Wix)

    • Manage day-to-day updates across the corporate website and club websites

    • Maintain and frequently update real estate listings, imagery, pricing, and messaging

    • Serve as the primary contact for club-level website edits and update requests

    • Partner with the website vendor on larger website initiatives and ongoing maintenance

    • Update Wix community sites when necessary

    • Ensure website content remains accurate and aligned with brand standards

  • App & Digital Content Distribution

    • Create branded content in Canva for DLC app use

    • Upload and manage video content within Vimeo and Media Center

    • Schedule and distribute content through Pacesetter

    • Create content and creative ideas for content on the app

    • Create and manage member and staff accounts within the app

  • Real Estate Communications

    • Oversee the DLC Real Estate inbox and coordinate responses with sales teams

    • Support email communications related to listings and property updates

    • Assist with CRM-related updates and data organization as needed

  • Asset Management & Brand Systems (Egnyte + Asset Bank + Publitas)

    • Upload, organize, and maintain imagery and marketing assets in Egnyte and Asset Bank

    • Serve as a resource for asset requests across corporate and property teams

    • Maintain and update the Visual Asset Kit (VAK)

    • Refresh club branding templates within Canva to ensure consistency

    • Update and maintain digital brochures in Publitas

    • Assist with planning and coordination of on-property photoshoots and support moodboard creation for marketing and content shoots

  • Events & Calendar Support

    • Support event marketing initiatives with mood boards, inspiration decks, and branded collateral

    • Manage ticketing and RSVP workflows (Eloqua + DLC Events email) when needed

    • Design creative save-the-dates and assist with post-event recaps

    • Support when necessary with travel

  • Large-Scale Branded Initiatives

    • Support execution of corporate gifting and branded initiatives

    • Coordinate vendor communication, member list collection, and shipping logistics

  • Newsletter & Corporate Communications

    • Format and distribute the corporate newsletter in Canva

    • Ensure brand consistency across digital communications

  • Social Media Support

    • Review and approve club Instagram content in Loomly

    •  Schedule content for clubs requiring support

    • Assist in developing social media strategy decks and guidance materials

  • Research & Sales Support

    • Conduct prospect research using Wealth-X and CMS platforms

    • Support sales teams with outreach preparation and background research

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations

  • Experience working within CMS platforms (Craft, Dato, Wix preferred)

  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing systems (Eloqua preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign

  • Experience managing digital assets and file systems

  • Luxury, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brand experience preferred

  • Social media experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

  • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment.

Discovery Land Company's good faith estimate of the salary range it reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire is $87,000-110,000 plus bonus.
