Job Title

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide hands-on operational support and regional enablement to the Senior Digital Engagement Manager to deliver digital marketing initiatives across APAC. The role is designed to help APAC stakeholders succeed day-to-day by offering regular training sessions and 1:1 support on core digital platforms and processes (e.g., Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Sitecore), while also supporting campaign execution, website updates, email marketing, and performance reporting. This position will help maintain digital tools and data practices, manage engagement lists, and coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent standards—closing capability gaps and improving adoption across the region.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Enable APAC teams through structured training and 1:1 support on key platforms and processes (e.g., Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Sitecore), improving confidence, consistency, and speed of execution across markets.
  • Build and maintain enablement materials (how-to guides, playbooks, FAQs, templates) and coordinate with global SMEs/partners to help create and deliver trainings, ensuring continuity of support when key contacts are unavailable.
  • Support execution of global and regional campaigns across APAC, including translating campaign toolkits into clear local rollout plans, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and rolling down execution to in-country teams where needed. Ensure strong project management, stakeholder communications, and follow-through (status updates, risk/issue management, alignment on responsibilities) to deliver campaigns consistently and on time.
  • Support continuous improvement of APAC digital marketing execution by applying best practices and platform capabilities across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Sitecore (without needing to own every aspect end-to-end).
  • Partner with local marcomm teams and external vendors to coordinate content, localization, scheduling, and deployment for smooth execution of digital initiatives.
  • Support lead and website inquiry workflows (including coordination with brokers and internal colleagues), ensuring timely follow-up, clear ownership, and visibility of potential opportunities.
  • Assist with email marketing programs, including template updates, audience segmentation, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking to improve engagement and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and templates in Sitecore, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand and regional priorities.
  • Curate and manage engagement lists in Engage, supporting data hygiene and compliance with data governance and consent requirements.
  • Provide operational support for digital tools and access/licensing (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Sitecore), including basic troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation to global teams when needed.
  • Track and report campaign and channel performance (dashboards, ROI snapshots, and insights summaries), translating results into practical recommendations for optimization.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Practical knowledge of SEO principles
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Strong aptitude for learning and improving systems and processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign management, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Technical proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore), marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and HTML/CSS
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in content management, including publishing web content and managing email templates
