The Opportunity
As Digital Marketing Partner, you will work in the Integrated Marketing Solutions Sub-Chapter Team for the Middle East Sub-region. The team is responsible for pushing digital transformation and marketing excellence forward and elevating the customer experience in our networks. You will be the team's hands-on expert for campaign deployment and performance analytics. You will be responsible for executing our digital strategies, managing campaign operations, and analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Legal, Medical) to ensure cohesive, compliant and effective online campaigns.
Main Accountabilities
Campaign & Project Management:
- Initiate, create/design and manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g., social, SEM, CRM) and website updates.
- Act as the central project manager, coordinating with Product Managers, Medical, Legal, and external agencies to ensure timelines are met.
- Route all promotional materials through internal approval systems (e.g., Veeva), ensuring all compliance and brand guidelines are met.
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
- Develop and manage all lead generation processes, from building lead-capture forms to extracting, cleaning, and routing leads to sales and CRM systems.
- Continuously monitor the lead funnel for any breaks or bottlenecks.
- Manage our databases (cleansing, acquisition, retention, lead scoring), consent structures, align with our data privacy officer requirements, create stakeholder specific journeys & messaging per country.
Content & Vendor Coordination:
- Oversee the full content localization process, especially for Arabic.
- Manage day-to-day website updates (CMS), content publishing, editorial content calendars, safety notifications, sales enablement widgets and legal/privacy changes.
- Assist with the procurement process, including obtaining vendor quotations and issuing POs.
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns and website activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates).
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations for the marketing team.
Who You Are
Required Qualification and Experience
- Core Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on campaign execution and performance analytics.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Required Competencies
- A Hands-On Digital Marketer: You are a "doer" with a strong skill set in digital tools, lead generation and website management.
- A Natural Collaborator: You excel at managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
- Highly Analytical & Data-Driven: You love digging into the numbers to find out why something worked (or didn't) and can build clear reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- System Experience: Salesforce Clouds (Customer Service, Marketing, E-commerce), Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, PiwikPro, GoogleAnalytics, Marketo, Eloquia
- Huge Plus: Hands-on experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, pharma), E-commerce experience managing a webshop, e-tailer collaborations and/or social e-shops.
