We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Performance Marketing Manager, International to drive digital demand, pipeline creation, and regional marketing excellence across all markets outside the Americas. The primary sales regions include the Northern Europe (UK/I, & NOR/NL), Central Europe (DACH) & Southern Europe (FR/BEL, Spain, Italy, Portugal), and Australia/New Zealand. 

In this dynamic role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital demand-generation programs across regions, driving measurable pipeline impact through Paid Media, Google Ads, LinkedIn Paid Social, ABM programs (6sense), and Marketing Automation. You will leverage AI/LLM insights alongside traditional search and SEO data to provide actionable recommendations for content, campaigns, and pipeline growth. 

As part of the regional marketing team, this hands-on, data-driven role involves close collaboration with Global Marketing Operations, regional Sales & Alliances, and Product Marketing to deliver high-impact multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our key verticals. 

This position requires a smart, proactive, and motivated marketer with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience. 

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Drive Digital Performance & Paid Media 

    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social channels to generate qualified leads and pipeline in alignment with global demand gen. 
    • Manage spendings, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI. 
  • Lead ABM Programs Using 6sense 
    • Build and run account-based marketing programs using intent data and audience insights from 6sense in alignment with global demand gen. 
    • Activate multi-channel ABM plays and collaborate with Sales to drive engagement and opportunity creation within priority accounts. 
  • Support Email Automation & Campaigns
    • Execute automated email nurtures, and personalized email journeys aligned with the global marketing automation platform Marketo. 
    • Support regional and global email campaigns (event & campaign promotion), including segmentation, localization, QA, testing, and performance optimization. 
    • Ensure high data quality, compliance (GDPR), and smooth integration into lead management and follow-up processes with Sales. 
  • Leverage AI & Generative Tools for Marketing Efficiency 
    • Conduct data-driven research combining traditional search metrics (Google, Bing, SEO tools) with AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude to uncover digital & content gaps, keyword opportunities, and trending topics relevant to Syndigo’s target accounts and industries. 
    • Generate actionable, hybrid SEO recommendations that optimize content visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms, ensuring Syndigo’s international thought leadership and solutions are discoverable in emerging AI-first search ecosystems. 
  • Analyze & Optimize Campaign Performance 
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital and ABM programs across the funnel. 
    • Create dashboards, derive insights, and propose data-driven optimization recommendations. 
  • Collaborate Across Global & Regional Teams 
    • Work closely with Global Marketing Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders to build aligned campaigns and GTM initiatives. 
    • Adapt global programs to European and international needs (localization, compliance, audience relevance). 
    • Coordinate day-to-day communication with external agencies, vendors and freelancers. 
    • Support the Director on broader international marketing initiatives when required.

 

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 4–6+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or data/commerce technology. 
  • Fluent in English and German (French is a plus). 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, paid media optimization, and AI-driven marketing tools. 
  • Practical experience with ABM platforms (6sense preferred as a plus) and intent-based targeting. 
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and project management tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Asana). 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI analysis, funnel reporting, and attribution. 
  • Experience leveraging traditional SEO and AI-based search platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, LLMs) to create hybrid SEO and content recommendations. 
  • Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI + search integration for B2B campaigns. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work with global/regional stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-cultural teams.
