Jabil is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager will own and optimize our digital marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital channels.
How will you make an impact? As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for dplanning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, including social media. This role requires hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with business goals and contribute to brand growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Owners, design, and other marketing functional owners, to ensure content aligns with business goals and speaks to our audiences effectively.
What will you do?
Performance Marketing: Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and other relevant channels.
SEO & Organic Growth: Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic rankings and traffic. Anticipate shifts in the market due to trends, such as AI.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content & Community Management: Work with content team to create compelling social media content, manage engagement, and track social media performance.
Conversion Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, Call To Actions, and other key touchpoints to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media analytics, and other tools to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
Website Management: Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, lead generation, and brand consistency
How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or a similar related field is required OR a combination of education, experience and/or training.
Experience:
3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising, preferably in a B2B or services environment. Preferred experience within procurement and supply chain.
Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, social media strategy and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, marketo, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to do editing.
Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve performance across digital and social media channels.
Familiarity with content distribution strategies and understanding of how content can affect SEO.
Ability to adapt complex and inter-related concepts to storytelling tactics for customer understanding.
Provide decision maker reporting on effectiveness and quality of past efforts and solicit feedback for future actions.
Utilize the acquired feedback to develop recommendations and provide input in the budgeting and planning process.
Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Sprout Social (or similar social media tools), and A/B testing tools. Strong ability to create engaging digital and social media content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
Proven ability as an articulate and persuasive communicator with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Proven track record of teaming with sales organizations and adding value to the sales process.
Strong relationship-building and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment.
Team-oriented individuals with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strategic / conceptual person who understands the entire marketing mix and how to employ these marketing levers in a professional service organization.
