Job Description:

Implant Direct seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to define, develop, and execute strategies for online campaigns across various channels like social media, email, and SMS campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth in core markets.  Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will effectively promote our message across all digital channels. They will collaborate with the art director to create engaging online content. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across all outbound digital channels to generate leads and drive growth.
  • Content Creation: Creation of content including copywriting for social media, email marketing, some websites, and other digital communications. 
  • Campaign management: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and other outbound engines (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
  • Analysis: Use analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, measure against goals (ROI, KPIs) and generate reports to inform future strategies. Implement countermeasures where necessary to meet marketing growth targets.
  • Team and budget management: Manage marketing budgets, agencies, or internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Brand messaging: Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging with all digital and eCommerce platforms.
  • Trends: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance against insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Testing: Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Competitors: Monitor competitor activity and ensure timely adjustments to company strategies
  • Editorial Calendar: Create and maintain calendar to deliver targeted content.
  • EBS: Leverage EBS tools such as Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP), Daily Management (DM) to drive customer engagement through lead cycle with full traceability to revenue.
  • Tools: Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Tableau, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot) to generate reports to inform decision making and strategy development.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
    • 5+ years B2B experience in digital marketing or similar; dental, medical device, pharma, or similar is a plus
    • Proficiency in SEO/GEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media is required.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Paid Social Platforms (e.g. Facebook)
    • Experience with DXP (website platform) is preferred
    • Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.)

    Location:

    • Position is based on-site (4) days per week; preferably in Brea or Thousand Oaks
    • 10% (or less) travel, primarily to customers in North America or for trainings or trade shows

    • Ability to gain followership, build consensus and collaborate within marketing and across business functions

      Target Market Salary Range:

      Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
