We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our UK Marketing team, based in Cheltenham.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing UK, this role sits within Corporate Affairs & Marketing and plays a key role in driving digital campaign delivery across the business. You’ll work closely with teams across Content, Events and Design, helping to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate our digital presence.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to broaden their experience beyond digital - gaining exposure to events, campaigns and wider marketing initiatives.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with
Driving lead generation and nurture campaigns through HubSpot workflows
Supporting content amplification across digital channels
Managing social media channels and content calendar (LinkedIn, YouTube)
Assisting with SEO, website updates and blog/content publishing
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, including MQLs/SQLs
Collaborating with Content, Events and Design teams on campaign delivery
Supporting wider marketing activities including events, communications and promotions
Assisting with venue bookings and on-site event support when required
What you will bring
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
Experience managing social media channels (particularly LinkedIn and YouTube)
Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
Curiosity and interest in AI and how it impacts search and marketing
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a collaborative approach
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Bonus: experience in financial services
