The digital marketing team is looking for a marketing coordinator to help support campaign execution across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. Success in this role will be dependent on the individual's capability to communicate effectively and firmly with stakeholders, as well as collaborating across different cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage the campaign calendar in Marmind (a campaign management platform) to coordinate the launch of campaigns and tactics across channels and audience segments.
Identify risks to launch timelines, including capacity constraints (possibly impacting SLAs and delivery dates); facilitate discussions to prioritize or reprioritize work as necessary.
Support Campaign Owners in the set-up of complex campaign tactics and tasks requiring advanced proficiency and permissions in Marmind and adjacent systems.
Monitor possible overlaps in marketing audiences when scheduling outgoing tactics to avoid audience fatigue.
Review and communicate risks in asset delivery schedules based on agreed upon launch dates and/or delays with submission of assets.
Help ensure alignment between creative, content, and analytics teams.
Oversee execution of campaign tactics, including QA process steps, as needed.
Proactively upskill and gain knowledge about LexisNexis products and services and its competitors; latest trends; branding; and best practices.
Adhere to weekly and monthly due diligence tasks and house rules set by digital marketing team members.
Execute special projects/assignments and admin tasks on a needed basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder
2 – 3 years of knowledge in other areas of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Email, Analytics).
HTML coding knowledge is a must and a plus.
Background in B2B Marketing an advantage.
Ability to work with experienced team members under pressure and within an environment of constant change.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be a team player and a quick learner.
Has a strong level of accountability and ownership; has an entrepreneurial mindset.
Organized, proactive, likes to read the latest marketing and advertising trends, diligent, and output driven.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision and can follow simple to complex instructions.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule (3rd shift: 9 pm to 5 am) and hybrid set up (2 WFO per month).

Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Must be in current role for 1 year
