Location: Remote (Ideal candidate can be near one of our 15 Feeds’n Needs store locations in Atlantic!)
Travel: Occasional travel within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island

What you’ll do

  • Website & Digital Experience Management: Maintain and optimize website content for performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Digital Campaign Strategy: Design and execute campaigns that drive store visits and online engagement using email automation, paid ads, geo-targeted promotions, and social media.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs across all digital channels and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Content & Creative Production: Execute the content calendar and create photography, video, and graphics for campaigns and store-level promotions.
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Respond to digital inquiries and support marketing for in-store events and sponsorships.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and recommend new technologies to enhance customer experience.

Who we’re looking for

A tech-savvy, innovative marketer with a passion for creating integrated digital experiences. You thrive on using the latest tools to connect with customers and drive engagement both online and offline.

You’ll also need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing with proven success in campaign execution and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, WordPress, and Social Media Platforms (must-have).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and paid media strategies.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and analyze data to refine campaigns.
  • Experience in retail marketing and eCommerce considered an asset.
