Digital Marketing Coordinator - Campaigns and Reporting

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator – Campaigns & Reporting, you will support the Amazon EU team in managing advertising campaigns, analysing performance, and reporting results for multiple brands, including Tommy Hilfiger, HUGO BOSS, and Lacoste. You will play a key role in executing campaigns across Sponsored Ads, and Brand Stores, ensuring consistent performance and actionable insights. This role suits someone analytical, structured, and passionate about data-driven marketing within the Amazon ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns across EU marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with the brand and content teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities and launches.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, impressions, spend, traffic).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in bid management and keyword/audience analysis.
  • Coordinate with digital team to evaluate campaign impact on sales and visibility.
  • Support promotional events (Prime Day, seasonal sales) through campaign setup and reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP) or digital campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Pivot Tables, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of Amazon KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, etc.) and campaign setup best practices.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for data-led insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to summarize complex data clearly.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with Vendor Central or Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Exposure to European marketplaces and their nuances.
  • Background in fashion, watches, or jewellery.
  • Interest in retail media and performance marketing.
