Why This Role Matters

As a Digital & Product Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of working within a dynamic and vibrant team across multiple functions including Paid Marketing & SEO, CRM, Design, Digital Experience, Web Management and Product while supporting our team in administrative tasks and strategic initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow, and you will work closely with our team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects whilst studying for your apprenticeship.

A typical day will include tasks such as checking and responding to emails, supporting on team projects, providing administrative support including processing payments, assisting with research and reporting, drafting internal communications and updating the global team SharePoint.

Throughout the day, you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, seek feedback, and collaborate with team members to enhance your learning experience and contribute effectively to the team’s goals. As a Digital & Product Apprentice, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and develop a diverse skill set in various areas of digital marketing.

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Paid Marketing & SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance SEO strategies

  • Support with internal communications to champion SEO strategy

  • Partnership research

  • Ad-hoc projects as required

2. CRM:

  • Checking and validating data for campaigns

  • Email creation process support

  • Responding to general enquiries

3. Design:

  • Helping with maintaining the design system library

  • Team administration

  • Assist with user research

  • Website analytics

4. Product:

  • Supplier management

  • Project management where requested

  • Pull and review analytics to support the team in identifying user journey issues and assessing the performance of new features

  • Participate in internal testing of new features prior to launch

5. Administrative/General:

  • Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team, including scheduling meetings, research, organising files, raising purchase orders, updating the Digital SharePoint

  • Support competitor benchmarking, reporting and best practice research

  • User-journey mapping

  • Preparation of presentations, attending meetings and taking minutes

  • Supporting internal communications and team activities
