Purpose
Own how we reach enterprise decision-makers through digital channels and clearly show what’s generating value – in terms of reach, engagement, and leads and what’s influencing opportunities.
What you’ll do
Run digital programs at scale across LinkedIn, website journeys, and email automation.
Activation of ABM platforms to operationalize account targeting, intent signals, and prioritization.
End-to-end measurement covering engagement, leads, and opportunity influence.
Continuous optimization of spend, messaging, and journeys based on performance insights.
How success is measured
Media efficiency: CTR, CPC/CPA, CVR, frequency and fatigue signals.
Engagement depth across email and web journeys.
Business impact: leads generated and contribution to opportunity creation and influence.
Must-haves
8–10 years running enterprise B2B digital programs with strong measurement discipline.
Strong LinkedIn ads expertise; comfort with GA4 and CRM-linked (Salesforce) reporting
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus; BambooBox).
Comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, and Growth on targeting and measurement.
ABM certification (ITSMA, Demandbase Academy, 6sense, CXL).
