Job Description:

As Digital Manager at dentsu, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies that directly impact business performance, not just campaign delivery.
 

This role is responsible for translating business goals into full-funnel media plans, driving performance across channels, and continuously optimizing towards clear, measurable outcomes.
 

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance, owning results, challenging plans, and pushing for better outcomes across every stage of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-funnel digital strategies, defining KPIs, audience frameworks, and clear roles for each channel.

• Own media planning across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic, allocating budgets and ensuring campaigns are executed with precision.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns continuously, driving improvements against key metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion).

• Deliver clear, structured performance reporting; translating data into actionable recommendations and next steps.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, presenting strategies, challenging assumptions, and aligning on decisions.

• Ensure tracking, attribution, and analytics frameworks are in place to support accurate performance evaluation.

• Guide and review junior team members’ worker; ensuring quality, consistency, and capability growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in digital/media planning or performance marketing roles.

• Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (planning + optimization).

• Proven ability to manage full-funnel campaigns and drive performance outcomes.

• Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

• Confident communicator; able to present, influence, and push for better decisions with stakeholders.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to guide junior team members and uphold quality standards.
