Digital Learning Experience Specialist / Headquarters

The role of the Digital Learning Experience Specialist is a key role to enhance the academic experience of students through learning digital platforms at Group level. It includes the overseeing and monitoring of the activities, related to the delivery management of the Istituto Marangoni courses, in direct collaboration with the Schools, aiming at quality and effectiveness in the established standards of Istituto Marangoni.

key purpose of the role

  • Support the Director of Education, Research & Academics to develop guidelines for the management of academic activities

  • Contribute to the development of the digital platforms (SIS, LMS, etc,) for staff and student use of new functions/components

  • Identify the academic needs and priorities to implement through the Student Information System monitoring the management of academic activities of each School

  • Support the Director of Education, Research & Academics to develop guidelines for the management of the School activities related to the academic process management through digital platform functionalities

  • Develop Student Satisfaction Survey Guidelines and templates for all Schools, according to local accreditation system and Istituto Marangoni standards

  • Collect Student voice, NPS and NSS data for analysis, reporting to Director of Education, Research & Academics and senior management

  • Develop Academic KPI Guidelines to facilitate the timely and accurate academic KPI production and development by the Schools

  • Coordinate the timely and accurate implementation of data across all schools related to Academic KPI, such as: attendance, progression and students performance…through the digital portal for up-to-date information and correct use reporting to Director of Education, Research & Academics and senior management

  • Analyze the data related to student survey to improve the student experience and tutor performance

  • Oversee the production of the yearly academic calendars across the group about boards and meetings required to ensure procedural and quality assurance points of contact between the schools

  • Support the Director of Education, Research & Academics to analyze and develop innovative tools for academic delivery (digital platform and functionalities; resources, etc) to improve the student and academic staff experience

  • Support the Director of Education, Research & Academics to oversee the academic process development for new School opening management

  • Support the Director of Education, Research & Academics HA&QA to manage the activity of project management with existing projects in the Schools and new projects linked at the group level (road map/deadlines etc)

Education & Skills

  • BA Economics & Management

  • Experience (at least 2 years) in digital learning platforms and functionalities

  • Language: Italian and English C1 (written and spoken)

  • Ability to translate the academic’s logic for digital platforms development

  • Ability to analyze reporting and problem solver approach

  • Ability to deal with PMO function (internal) stakeholders (external) and partners 

  • Versatile in learning and a strong desire to stay current on the development of technology applied to the academic context

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe (optional)

  • Aptitude for working in an international and multicultural environment
