Your New Role...
The Digital Image Assistant is part of Photo Operations EMEA who fulfil pan-regional image requirements for content priorities including publicity, marketing and DTC. The Digital Image Assistant will focus on supplying images for DTC and VOD affiliates across EMEA, ensuring high volumes of images are sourced and cropped and efficient operational output is maintained at all times.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Source, caption, resize, and prepare imagery for non-linear platforms across EMEA.

  • Retouch images when required and create series-level imagery using Adobe Photoshop.

  • Upload and manage images within internal databases for distribution.

  • Liaise closely with VOD Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure timely image delivery.

  • Maintain and track the team schedule for image requirements and delivery deadlines.

  • Manage and maintain image storage systems, ensuring all assets are accurately catalogued.

  • Support the team in responding to internal and external VOD image requests as needed.

Qualifications and Experience...

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Confidence in managing and using specialised database systems.

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Mac applications.

  • Experience with graphics is an advantage.

  • Experience working with Excel or similar tools is desirable.

  • Proficient in English

  • Knowledge of additional Slavic languages is an advantage
