GENERAL OVERVIEW:
This job understands and integrates strategic plans, develops business insights, as well as identifies growth opportunities for the Organization from a technology and digital health view. The incumbent works closely with senior leadership to provide analysis, insights and innovative solutions across the organization. Focuses on some of the most pressing strategic issues that the Organization faces and will be a key member in determining the Organization’s future across one or more of the following areas: industry leader in population health, employer of choice, provider of choice, growth, innovation, and continuing to transition to a value-based environment. Executes technology strategy and ensures the product activities are aligned with the overall vision and corporate strategy. Manages initiatives involving internal and external constituents as necessary to ensure successful delivery of new technology products and programs from ideation through launch. Provides subject matter expertise to the department and Enterprise as required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop business insights and identify growth opportunities, then create a strategic plan for implementation. Partner with cross department stakeholders on key strategic initiatives through problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication and implementation. (20%)
Execute upon strategy and ensure the product activities are aligned with organizational vision and corporate strategy. (20%)
Manage initiatives involving internal and external constituents as necessary to ensure successful delivery of new products and programs from ideation through launch. (20%)
Take data and package it into a story to inform and drive leadership decision-making as well as provide subject matter expertise to the department and organization as required. (20%)
Travel to ambulatory and inpatient faculties, physician offices, and ambulatory center to meet with staff, conduct analyses, and support implementation. (15%)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, or related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience in consulting, project management, product management, retail or marketing, strategy, healthcare technology implementations, or related experience
Preferred
Master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, or related discipline
1 year of experience in the health insurance industry
1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
