Job Description

The Regional Lifecycle Manager is responsible for developing and executing territory-based customer lifecycle strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role ensures that lifecycle programs are localized, data-driven, and aligned with regional market conditions, customer behaviors, and sales priorities.

1. Territory-Based Growth Strategies

  • Develop and execute region-specific lifecycle campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Customize engagement programs based on regional customer behavior, demographics, and local market dynamics.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for customer growth, ensuring lifecycle strategies align with territory-specific sales objectives.
  • Implement data-driven retention strategies to prevent churn and enhance customer loyalty at the regional level.
  • Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to align lifecycle growth initiatives with local business priorities.

2. Retail & In-Store Optimization

  • Train and support store teams, retail partners, and frontline staff to enhance customer interactions and improve engagement quality.
  • Implement targeted in-store upgrade, cross-sell, and retention programs that maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Ensure that in-store execution reflects brand values, customer engagement best practices, and sales priorities.
  • Establish best-in-class lifecycle practices for physical retail environments, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Drive seamless coordination between store teams, marketing, and lifecycle teams to enhance execution effectiveness.

3. Customer Insights & Market Execution

  • Track, monitor, and analyze regional customer data, market trends, and purchasing behaviors to refine lifecycle program execution.
  • Develop and maintain territory-based performance reports, providing insights on customer engagement, sales trends, and retention effectiveness.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for localized marketing adjustments, optimizing promotional campaigns based on real-time insights.
  • Collaborate with data analytics, marketing, and sales teams to enhance regional execution strategies and improve customer engagement performance.
  • Ensure that lifecycle initiatives drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, engagement, and revenue generation.
