Digital Experience UX Designer, VP
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join DMC (Data, Markets & Corp) organization. This role will collaborate with Global DMC UX Design teams to ensure UX design is effectively embedded into projects in DMC China and successfully delivered through high‑quality, user‑centric solutions. You will help ensure that UX execution within DMC China aligns with global direction while contributing insights and feedback from delivery into the broader global UX practice.
This position plays a critical role in fostering effective cross‑regional collaboration, driving consistent UX adoption across projects, and delivering cohesive, high‑quality user experiences across DMC globally.
Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Drive the full UX design lifecycle across applications and components in DMC China, from discovery and concept through design, implementation, and delivery, ensuring high standards of usability, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with the Global DMC UX Design team, to align on design priorities, standards, design systems, and strategic objectives, ensuring consistency with global UX direction.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for DMC products
- Work with other team members to evolve the enterprise design system to meet industry standards and achieve consistent user experience goal
- Produce, maintain and contribute to high-quality UX Factory by using Figma & related tooling.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.
- Support and mentor designers, engineers, and partners on UX and UI best practices, helping to raise the overall UX capability within DMC.
- Promote innovation in UX, including the use of modern design tools, AI‑assisted design approaches, and emerging UX patterns where appropriate.
- Act as a bridge between DMC China delivery teams and global UX strategy, providing feedback from project execution and contributing to the continuous improvement of the global UX practice.
Qualifications:
Recommended Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of professional experience in UX / Product / Digital Experience Design, with a strong track record of delivering high‑quality enterprise or financial systems.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure UX design is effectively implemented and delivered within real project constraints.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and best practices across complex applications.
- Hands‑on experience creating high‑quality design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs, and contributing to enterprise design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Ability to balance strategic design thinking with pragmatic execution, translating business and user needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in global, cross‑functional, English‑speaking environments and communicating design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services, data‑driven platforms, or complex enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX thinking, execution quality, and impact on delivered products is required.
