General Overview:

As a Digital Experience Project Manager, Email & Marketing, you will be part of an Enterprise Project Services Business Line within Roche Services and Solutions. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of email campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and timely deployments across house and VAE email programs.

You will partner cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution and delivery of impactful, high-quality email communications that support Genentech and Roche brands. This role bridges marketing strategy and execution, driving operational discipline and collaboration across Marketing, Product, and agency teams.

The Opportunity:

  • Email Campaign Leadership: Planifica, ejecuta y optimiza campañas de email marketing, asegurando alineación con estándares de diseño, experiencia y ejecución técnica, y gestionando el ciclo completo desde intake y handoff creativo hasta QA, UAT y deployment.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Colabora con equipos multifuncionales (Marketing, Product Owners, Email teams y agencias externas) para priorizar, coordinar y ejecutar iniciativas de email que impulsen engagement y conversión.

  • Project & Workflow Management: Gestiona múltiples proyectos simultáneos equilibrando prioridades del negocio, expectativas de stakeholders, ambigüedad y restricciones técnicas, garantizando cumplimiento de hitos y aprobaciones.

  • Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement: Diseña, documenta y mejora continuamente toolkits, estándares y procesos, manteniendo documentación integral sobre requerimientos, flujos de producción, mejores prácticas del canal, calendarios de campañas y playbooks.

  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Actúa como punto de contacto principal con equipos internos y vendors, aplicando prácticas de gestión del cambio para impulsar adopción sostenible de nuevas herramientas, procesos y sistemas.

Who you are:

  • Must have experience managing email campaign execution, including email setup, segmentation, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, or Iterable) and analytics platforms

  • Strong project management skills to lead operational delivery and ensure efficient resource utilization. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders. 

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries

Preferred:

  • Experience managing digital marketing/activating above-campaign initiatives into channel experiences and leading product or campaign optimization pilots.

  • Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools, including workflow, campaign automation, CRM, AEM or any other content management systems.

  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management.

  • Scrum Master (or equivalent) certifications are nice to have

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification.
