How You’ll Make an Impact:

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, a Digital Experience Manager designs, executes, and continuously enhances a range of digital solutions, applications, platforms, and self-service functionality throughout our digital channels. These include website components, calculators, and experiences designed for key personas.

This role provides strategic leadership and operational support for offerings to ensure a consistent brand/user experience and optimization of marketing campaigns. The objectives are to drive sales, mitigate redemptions, and successfully promote awareness of Fidelity’s brands, products, and services.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to design, create, and implement tools, digital marketing programs, and applications on fidelity.ca, mobile, and emerging platforms.
  • Continuously review, support and evaluate new and existing tools, applications, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Draw upon best practices in user experience (UX) to wireframe new pages, applications, platforms, tools, and enhancements to maximize positive client experiences and ensure repeat traffic.
  • Contribute to long-term planning for all applications, platforms, and digital marketing solutions to ensure continuous improvement of Fidelity’s digital presence.
  • Advising and assisting Marketing teams on automation, digital execution, and A.I.-related projects.
  • End-to-end campaign execution including design, development, launch, and tracking.
  • Defining and writing business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Working with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Bring a wide range of varied digital marketing expertise to all projects.
  • Supporting FIC fund launch campaigns using data driven approaches.
  • Conducting ongoing research into digital trends in the industry to ensure Fidelity Canada is pursuing a market-leading digital strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital customer experience (DCX).
  • General understanding of web tagging, programming and/or scripting languages - HTML, CSS, XML, Java, SQL, AJAX, etc.
  • Deep expertise in digital user experience and web development
  • Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
  • Experience in Adobe analytics, Target and Audience manger is an asset.
  • Experience of databases and data analysis, an asset.
  • Knowledge of experience design, including website usability, A/B testing, content presentation and mapping, and digital best practices.
  • Experience with tag management platforms, such as Ensighten, is an asset.
  • Experience in financial services industry, an asset.
  • Knowledge of website personalization tools is an asset.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities across competing deadlines.
  • Track record ideating and executing digital experiences that drove business results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills required to promote working partnerships among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

  • Base Salary: A competitive annual range of $95,000 to $115,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
