We are looking for a Digital Experience Analyst who thrives at the intersection of user experience, business process, and technology. In this role, you’ll expand our Experience Team’s focus from external ecommerce into the internal user journey, ensuring our Salesforce CRM empowers employees to deliver excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to research needs, define requirements, and guide intuitive Salesforce solutions. By connecting business objectives with technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in mobilizing the organization around Salesforce as a strategic enabler of growth, efficiency, and adoption.
This is a collaborative role that requires strong analytical skills, a user-first mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for IT and development teams.
As a Digital Experience Analyst, You Will
- Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to gather input, conduct research, and capture requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, epics, and technical specifications for IT teams.
- Collaborate with IT to design, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that align with the roadmap and business priorities.
- Create and refine reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Advocate for the internal user experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and drive adoption.
- Leverage data insights to make informed, evidence-based decisions that guide solution design and prioritization
- Support change management and user enablement to maximize Salesforce value across the business.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred, not required)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, objects, page layouts, workflows, SOQL, reporting and dashboards.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as Salesforce best practices for productivity and sales pipeline visibility
- Knowledge of data integrations and APIs, including how Salesforce connects with external systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
