We’re hiring – Digital Executive (Lisbon)

Job Description
 

• Definition of the Digital Marketing strategy: identification of objectives, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, investment split, definition of KPIs, definition of value propositions, creative contexts and conception of the strategic approach.

• Setup, implementation and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Adobe Analytics and CM360;

• Monitoring/optimization of digital marketing campaigns taking into account the defined KPIs.

• Reporting of the results generated by Digital Marketing actions with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.

• Client Management: managing relationships with different teams and clients (national and international).
  
   

Qualifications
 

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in implementing, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on Digital Marketing campaigns.

• Full-funnel campaigns experience;

• Ability to organize and meet deadlines, proactivity and team spirit.

• Understanding and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and clear understanding of the definition and control of KPIs (Brand Awareness, Consideration and Conversion).

• Bachelor's Degree in Management and/or Marketing degree (preferred).
