The Distribution Digital Enablement team is responsible for driving the development, implementation and modernisation of digital strategies that transform our distribution model, incorporating new digital platforms and capabilities to drive productivity, increase sales conversions & capabilities and improve overall agency and customer experience.



We are in the midst of rapid and exciting digital transformation across the organization and we are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented individual to oversee the development and delivery of our work plans.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving discussions and plans:

to ensure delivery of agency digital platforms to drive productivity, improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions for our agency force;
to build new digital capabilities / platforms to transform our point of sales and other distribution processes aligned with our distribution strategy;
to enhance our current core distributor business platforms to modernize and futureproof the business.


You will also support stakeholder management and change management for these new capabilities / platforms launched to drive maximum adoption across our channels.

Job Description:

  • Drive and support the development of next generation distribution digital capabilities to enhance sales, customer prospecting, and relationship management through collaboration with various Group and PACS teams.

  • Engage distributors in the design process to ensure user-led design that drive ambassadorship and meet customers and business needs.

  • Oversee and drive adoption of our prospecting platform to enhance leads management and sales conversion to support the company’s growth ambition.

  • Maintain and ensure the operating effectiveness of the prospecting platform, while overseeing the design and implementation of new features / functionalities.

  • Work closely with Technology, Customer, Compliance and Risks to ensure quality in delivery, maximise business value and enhance prioritization decisions.

  • Driving adoption strategy, change management, training and communications in new launches / releases.

  • Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Business in UAT reviews and sign-offs and ensuring operational readiness of each release.

  • Monitor project / initiative progress and escalate risks and issues and follow through on remediations / mitigations.

Working Experience

  • At least 5 to 8 years in overseeing or supporting sales digital platforms, transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sectors

  • Experience in using project management systems like JIRA, Confluence or design tools such as Figma is a plus

  • Certifications in digital transformation methodologies, agile project management, or related fields will be preferred.
