About the team
Corporate Relations protects and strengthens Diageo’s reputation and license to operate. We support the business to perform today while building trust for the long term. The Global Employee Engagement team sits within Global Brand and Communications, our center of excellence for reputation, communications and engagement. We connect our people to our strategy, priorities and performance - across internal communications, engagement, financial communications, global supply communications, Brand Diageo and issues and crisis management. Our focus is simple: help our people understand where we are going, why it matters and what it means for them - so they can do their best work.
About the role
This role sits in the Global Employee Engagement team and is responsible for the quality and performance of our core global employee channels. You will manage and optimise our primary platforms - including SharePoint and Viva Engage - ensuring they are clear, current and aligned to business priorities. You will lead the global content calendar and news grid, bringing structure and discipline to what we publish and when. That includes maintaining strong governance and ensuring a consistent drumbeat of communication that reflects what matters most to the business. This is a hands-on role. You will manage day-to-day channel performance while continuously improving the experience through data, insight and digital best practice. Success in this role means our people can quickly find what matters, understand what’s changing and engage with the business in a meaningful way.

About You
Proven experience managing global internal digital channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage; experience with Microsoft 365 tools strongly preferred
Demonstrable track record in internal communications, digital content strategy and channel optimization
Strong data literacy, with experience building reports, dashboards and scorecards to measure performance and inform decisions
Excellent understanding of digital governance, content workflows and stakeholder management
Strong grasp of digital accessibility standards and user experience principles
Confident content creator with the ability to write, edit and produce multimedia assets to a high standard
Strong external antenna for content trends and storytelling formats that drive reach and impact
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment
Strong collaborator, experienced working cross-functionally and across markets
Experience managing agencies and third-party partners
Proactive, solutions-oriented and continuously looking to improve how digital channels deliver value
