The Role:
Consider yourself a digital expert? We might be looking for you! Our Digital Director will provide the highest quality of digital service, and provide thought leadership in digital planning, investment and execution to our clients and internal digital team members.
Core responsibilities:
Actively lead and contribute to the digital media planning components of the client response to brief
Provide a generalist view and specialist expertise of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan
Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities
Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success
Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
A bit about you:
Considered an expert in all aspects of digital media planning and implementation – Search, Social and Programmatic.
Leadership attributes and ability to influence wider members of the team and client businesses
Demonstrates a keen understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the role of performance
Proven ability to translate agency strategy into innovative, executional business plans for the client that deliver business value
Collaborative and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working autonomously, seeking support from management when needed
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
