As Digital Director in our Adelaide team, you’ll drive performance and innovation across paid media. You’ll partner with senior client stakeholders, delivering best-in-class integrated campaigns that achieve measurable business outcomes. You’ll bring deep expertise in performance strategy, paid media channels, and analytics platforms, while fostering a culture of test-and-learn, leading and mentoring a high-performing team. Core responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, integrated digital campaigns across paid media channels, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes
Implement a culture of continuous optimization, leveraging data insights and performance tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
Deliver accurate client forecasts, monitor campaign financial performance, and identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth
Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth through feedback, delegation, and succession planning while promoting a positive agency culture
A bit about you:
Proven expertise in performance strategy, with a deep understanding of paid media performance channels and the broader digital ecosystem
Demonstrated success in running large-scale integrated digital campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, while fostering a test-and-learn culture to optimize performance
Skilled in forecasting, financial tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth, with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Exceptional communication skills. You are confident in presenting strategies and influencing internal and external teams. You have mentored teams to drive growth and create a brilliant workplace culture
