Your Role: Digital Designer, Commercial Design
Our commercial design partnerships support some of the biggest and most recognisable brands in the UK — all brought to life across Global’s iconic portfolio, including Heart, Capital, Radio X, LBC, Classic FM, Smooth, Gold, as well as our growing Video, Sport, and Podcasting Platforms. We also bring audiences together at huge cultural moments like Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball at The O2 and Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium.
We design bespoke digital experiences that sit at the heart of ambitious multi-platform campaigns — fast-paced, high-impact web applications and UI that elevate partner brands while staying true to Global’s creative identity and standards. It’s varied, visible work that lives where culture happens.
As a Digital Designer at Global, your key responsibilities will be:
Design & Production: Working with your in-house Studio Manager, Designers and Developers to create premium co-branded single-page-applications (SPA’s) for commercial campaigns. You will bring visual storyboarding, layout design, and bespoke styling to a wide variety of brands and audiences.
Project Ownership & Collaboration: Oversee the creation and rollout of campaign SPA’s, making sure they align with the broader campaign, which can also include on-air, outdoor, digital audio and social activity. Manage feedback, timelines and quality control to deliver polished, on-brand work
Innovation & Improvement: Contribute to our evolving our library of layouts, components and interactive elements — building reusable foundations that speed us up without ever compromising creativity. Help shape how we design at scale, ensuring our templates enable bold, high-impact storytelling.
What You’ll Love About This Role:
Think Big: You’ll design for very different audiences and visual identities, which keeps the work varied and pushes your creative range in meaningful ways. You’ll quickly build a portfolio of diverse, high-impact work — from playful, vibrant pages to sleek, premium experiences.
Own It: Our tech stack is evolving — you’ll have genuine influence in shaping new visual features, design patterns and ways of working.
Keep It Simple: Build strong communication practices with stakeholders, ensuring projects are clear, structured and delivered on time.
Better Together: Join a supportive, social and collaborative design team with open feedback, shared learning, and opportunities for personal development and training.
