Position Summary:
The Digital Data Analyst will support the measurement and optimization of marketing initiatives designed to drive growth for our supplier community. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights and deliver reporting that highlights the performance of individual supplier programs. You will collaborate closely with supplier partners, Portfolio Management, and the broader Digital Marketing team to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for supplier-funded marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and deliver regular performance dashboards and reports for supplier-funded marketing programs.
Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and spend effectiveness using internal dashboards, spreadsheets, BI tools, CRM data, and marketing analytics platforms.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting by validating data sources, reconciling discrepancies, and performing quality checks.
Collaborate with Marketing Planners and Portfolio Management to refine and improve reporting based on supplier feedback.
Execute ad-hoc analysis requests to support program optimization and broader marketing strategy.
Pull, clean, and organize data from multiple systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, website analytics).
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, automate recurring processes, and improve data visualization.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, reporting or similar analytical role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel
Strong SQL querying and database management skills
Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data handling
Experience in Power BI and data visualization
Experience in Salesforce and Eloqua preferred
Experience working in B2B or scientific market
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs
