Job Posting Description:

Are you passionate about the digital channel and world of beverage alcohol? Reporting to the Manager, Digital Publishing, you will work closely with marketing and other teams across divisions to coordinate and publish content on LCBO digital channels that include the LCBO and VINTAGES web sites as well as the LCBO mobile app. You will use your knowledge of digital content management systems (CMS), eCommerce platforms and best practices to support marketing promotions and merchandising programs and provide the best possible digital customer experience.

About the Role

  • Coordinate, schedule and publish promotional campaigns in LCBO digital channels through a Content Management System.
  • Work closely with other departments including Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Corporate Communications to publish digital content supporting programs and promotions that enhance the LCBO brand.
  • Execute key online exclusive sales promotions throughout LCBO web sites and the mobile app.
  • Track performance through analytics and reporting to optimize approach and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure all content in digital channels complies with AODA standards.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Merchandising team to feature key categories and products throughout LCBO digital platforms via key merchandising promotional placement.
  • Make suggestions to improve web site and mobile app content organization and digital user experience.
  • Help gather requirements to improve existing and suggest new functionality of the LCBO and VINTAGES web sites and LCBO mobile app.
  • Understand current digital content workflows & processes and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement.

About You

  • 3-5 years of working experience coordinating and publishing digital content and assets for a large consumer retailer or web site.
  • 1-2 years working with Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Version CMS and Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience working in a CMS environment to prepare and publish digital content and digital assets including images and multi-media components.
  • Excellent knowledge of AODA requirements and experience working with accessibility software to ensure all content and user experience complies with standards.
  • Experience working with analytics software and reporting tools to measure performance and activity.
  • Solid understanding of evolving digital landscape to identify trends, insights and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills along with a professional and collaborative work style.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to meet changing deadlines by prioritizing tasks along with good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry an asset.
