The Digital Content Producer plays an integral role in the Brightmine Global Production team, focusing on timely delivery of HR and employment law content through content management systems, rigid quality assurance methods and strong attention to detail. This role will collaborate closely with the global content function to deliver content within defined SLAs and to a high standard.
Accountabilities:
- Manage, format, organise content within a CMS (content management system).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver content within specified timeframes and to high standards.
- Perform quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency and positive customer experience.
- Manage and prioritise work, guided by strict deadlines.
- Support of other production/content related activities as needed, which could include product or feature enhancements.
- Creation of new content in CMS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Experience working across content management systems and content delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with digital tools, platforms and technologies used in content creation and distribution.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound proofreading skills, specifically for grammar and style.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills to track productivity and ensure that deadlines are met, with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to identify, report and explain technical issues as necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word / Excel.
- Shares skills and knowledge effectively.
- Desirable: openness to learning new technologies and adapting to changes in the editorial landscape.
- Desirable: experience with Squidex content management system and workflow management tools such as Wrike.
- Desirable: familiarity with UK / US employment law.
- Desirable: experience with data modelling, database design or taxonomy management.
