The Lab is a core component of Integrated Experience and Operations (IXO) within Business Excellence, focusing on the production of digital content and the execution of omnichannel campaigns. With approximately 600 members across more than 10 locations, the team supports global departments and over 140 affiliates to deliver high-quality content efficiently and cost-effectively. As a member of the Digital Content and Services team within Business Excellence IXO, you will play a critical role in managing specific areas within The Lab and supporting platform governance across systems such as Veeva, AEM, and E-wizard.
As the Digital Content and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling digital services while ensuring seamless delivery across global, regional, and affiliate levels. You will lead a service delivery team of internal and external resources, collaborating with diverse departments including Global Pharma Strategy, Product Development, and Medical Affairs. By leveraging next-generation technologies, you will optimize end-to-end processes and drive the evolution of digital content best practices.
Partner with stakeholders in GPS/PI, FP, and the Lab to understand strategic priorities, while designing and scaling digital services such as web, email, SEO, and creative.
Develop sustainable service standards and improve models by identifying root causes for optimization and utilizing next-generation technologies like GenAI to maximize budgets.
Drive the adoption of the Lab to optimize costs and achieve OPEX savings while monitoring content KPIs at the affiliate and disease area levels.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Digital Asset Management (DAM), overseeing design, workflow, metadata, and tools while leading engagement with agency partners.
Identify training needs and conduct sessions to ensure effective process adoption and close knowledge gaps across the organization.
Coach and empower team members to foster a collaborative environment while establishing clear reporting structures and dashboards for leadership transparency.
Drive cross-service alignment and maintain critical documentation, including SOWs, RFPs, service models, governance frameworks, and Lab processes.
A visionary architect and coach with a start-up mentality who can navigate complexity, influence without authority, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in digital content management, operations, and service design, with a background in digital marketing within healthcare, consumer goods, agency, or consulting.
A professional with a passion for applying next-generation technology to marketing and sales and a track record of delivering services across diverse geographies.
An expert in Content Management tools, specifically Veeva Vault PromoMats and other Digital Asset Management systems.
A holder of a Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred), currently at or capable of performing at a Job Grade SE8 level.
